The double-door design includes a smaller bottom door for access to the heavy-gauge porcelain-enameled steel wood chip box, lid, and high-capacity water bowl without losing the heat and smoke in the smoking chamber. Offering 784 sq. in. of cooking area over 4 cooking grates, this smoker offers lots of cooking space along with height-adjustable grates to accommodate different food sizes and shapes.
